We will customize the room to fit your specific needs.We can offer dual projectors, attendee and presenter PCs, great sound quality, video recording and in room virtual equipment.We have fast capable laptop and desktop computers equipped with up to Intel i7 processors, 64 GB RAM, Solid State Drives (SSD), Linux, Windows 7 or 10, or we can install your preferred OS or image to your specifications. Our team of IT professionals is always on-site during all hours of operation, ensuring that your event goes smoothly.
Event Production
Ask us about full coordination of your event from start to finish to make sure we capture every important detail to create the best experience for your attendees. Our team will distribute and set up training materials prior to the class and assist students throughout the day. Your point of contact will be a well-trained program manager to help coordinate your event from planning to completion.
